OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON
October 23. 1967
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted October. 1960 the Special assessments for the construction of D. P.
34 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replotted
and are described according to the .L:tached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
the assessments for D. P. 34
be correctly certified to the Auditor of
amount stated on the attached list, said
BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
against the heretofore mentioned properties
Ramsey County for further collection in the
list made a part herein.
