Transmitted herewith are construction plans, special
provisions and resouLion forms
relating to the proposed location and construction on the
above referenced project within the corporate limits of
your municipality.
If agreeable to you will you please place this matter for
consideration on the agenda of an early council meeting
for its approval and after execution of resolution forms,
return one copy of each resolution to this office. Will
you kindly advise this office when this matter will be
considered by your council.

RESOLUTION
At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Caunail of the Vi110SP
of Mounds Vier duly held on theme d day of Aio d u r+1 b P t- 19_52_, the

WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk
Highway Number yak renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35w
within the corporate limits of the irsilig0 of Mnnm 94...

WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as
which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications 3 (79) 1.22
for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by "Supplemental
Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said
improvement of Trunk Highway Number renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 35ki and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so
marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the
Vulaae Clerk; and
to -wit:
WHEREAS the term said plans and special provisions" as herein-
after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the
foregoing recitals particularly identified And described.

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions
for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 344 renumbered as Trunk
Highway Number 19i within the limits of the Valise of Hounds View
be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved
and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by
the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 39kkrenumbered as Trunk
Highway Number 35W in accordance with id said plans and special provisions.
