VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS FOR D.P. 34, 41, and 47
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has acquired Lots 3 and 4,
Block 1, Flink's Addition for village purposes, in fee simple absolute;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessment be
Property Identification: Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Flink's Addition.
Name of Owner: Village of Mounds View
Property Description: See above
Type of Assessment, Water Area, Water Improvement 61 -1 and Sanitary Sewer
Amount to be Abated: Entire assessment
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly made
by Member and seconded by Member f and upon a vote being taken
the following members voted in favor thereof:(kt(

whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully

resolution passed at said meeting.
