RESOLUTION -17
Resolved, that the Mayor and Clerk of the Village of Mounds
View are authorized and directed to execute "Agency" Utilities
Relocation Agreement No. 55610M, between the State of Minnesota,
Department of Highways and the Village of Mounds View, for reloca-
tion of water main facilities and fire hydrants along Trunk Highway
35W in the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.

I, Wa Is r Clerk of the Village of Mounds View,
do hereby certify that I have compared the above copy of a resolution
of the Village Council as approved by the Council on November 20, 1967,
with the original thereof on file in the Village Clerk's office and
that said copy is a true and correct copy of said original and the
whole thereof.

Held December 11, 1967
A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village
of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on
Monday, December 11, 1967, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members
present: Rustad, Malvin, Walser, Johnson and Lang
and the following members absent: none
The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of notice of bond sale
in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the Commercial West, published at Minneapolis,
Minnesota. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered filed.
the Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the purpose of
receiving and considering sealed bids for the purchase of $250,000 Improvement
Bonds of 1968 and $140,000 Municipal State Aid Street Bonds of 1968 of the
Village, and the Clerk announced that he had received 5 bids for said bonds,
which upon being opened were found to be as fo].lotis:
