opted 0rtnhox 10. 1961: the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
56 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REE.OLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
the assessments for D. 2. 0 56 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list. said list made a part herein.

and the same is a. full, true and cemolete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D_ v. 0 56 because of the
conveyance of/ or rerlatting of certain properties.
