WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds Viev, ad-
opted November, 1965 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
47 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list wade a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or repiatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
the assessments for D. P. 47
be correctly certified to the Auditor of
amount stated on the attached list, said

and the same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P. 47 because of the
conveyance of/ or replatting of certain properties.
