WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View has determined
that the road described below, situate in the Village of Mounds View, shall no
longer be maintained by Ramsey County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Mounds View that the road described below be, and hereby is, revoked as a county
state -aid highway of Ramsey County and shall revert to the Village of Mounds
View as of December 31, 1967, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of
Highways of the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward four certified copies of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Board for further handling.

of Mounds View, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the
same is a full, true and complete copy thereof, insofar as the same relates to
a resolution revoking county state -aid highway.
WITNESS my hand officially as such Village Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village of Mounds View this 8th day of January, 1968.

Forwarded herewith is a copy of resolution 9 -8965, File #1473, whereby
the Hoard of Ramsey County Commissioners revoked as a County Aid Highway County
Road H2 from Trunk Highway 8, thereby reverting the section of County State
Aid Highway to the Village of Ibands'View, subject to the approval of the
Co®issioner of Highways, this also requires concurring action by your Village
Council. Will you please forward at least four (4) certified copies of con-
curring action by your Village Council, so that the resolutions of the County
Hoard and your Council maybe forwarded to the Commissioner of Highways.
