A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has requested, the Minnesota Public
Examiner to audit the books and records of the Village of Mounds View and,
WHEREAS, the Village has been informed by the Public Examiner's office
that there would be some delay in accomplishing this and
WHEREAS, the Village has retained the services of'a, Certified _Public
Accountant to audit its books and records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds View hereby

a resolution withdrawing request for audit.
