A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE METER DEPOSITS FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
At a Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council, held on the
26th day of February, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Village Hall located
at 2401 Highway 410, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members
present: Rustad, Walser, Johnson, Malvin, Lang
WHEREUPON, Member Walser moved as follows:
THAT the meter deposits on 1" meters be increased to $90.00 and that the
meter deposit on 5/8" meters be increased to $40.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Village of Mounds View
be authorized to charge $90.00 for 1" meters, and $40.00 for 5/8" meters.
Member Lang seconded the Resolution. Those voting in favor: Rustad, Walser,
Johnson, Malvin, Lang.
Those voting against: None.
WHEREUPON the Mayor declared the Resolution passed and adopted this 26th day
of February, 1968.
