DALGLISH COMMISSIONER J. WILLIAM DONOVAN ASS'T COMMISSIONER We hereby acknowledge receipt of your Application for Conveyance of Tag Forfeited Lands, Dorm No. 92, and the Council Resolution No. 379. In response to our telephone conversation, we are returning the application for correction. The legal description should read as follows: Subject to flowage easement and except the East 85 feet, lot 20, Auditors Subdivision No. 89. The Parcel No. is: 59 0410 030 20 The present form can be corrected by striking out the word "of" following (the East 85 feet) and inserting a comma in its place, and changing the numeral in the parcel number from 60 to 59. Also, have your signatures in the lower part of the form notarized in the space provided. VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA moved as follows: WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, at its regular offices located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 on the 24th day of June 1968 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. the following resolution was moved and adopted: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, that the Land Commissioner of Ramsey County be and hereby is requested to transfer title to the tax delinquent land in the Village of Mounds View described as Auditor's Subdivision No. 89 subject to flowage easement and except the East 85 feet NW Lot 20 to the Village of Mounds View for use by the Village for park and playground purposes.
