The W 80' was purchased in the name of Genevieve Dalberg from the Larsens and handled through 1 N. Shaffer Real Estate by George Gustafson, with correspondence dating back to December 26, 1967. The buyer has deposited at the Village a check for $181.63 to be applied to Parcel No. 59- 7070 411 -00, which includes $23.23 for D.P. 34 area, and $158.40 for D.P. 47 area. Also at the Village Hall is a check for $844.00 which are the additional Assessments levied against the W 80' as follows: Lat. P. were levied against the attached list of described prop- erties, said list rade a part herein: And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted and are described according to the ;attached list, and said list made a part herein: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that the assessments for D. P. #34 against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
