Drung Messiah Ev. Luth. Church
Enclosed for approval of the Village Council is a D.P. No. 56 Assessment
for Lot 75, Spring Lake Park Knolls.
Mr. Drung sold the N j50' of his lot to the Messiah Evangelical
Luthern Church and paid $1,412.79 to the Village for sewer and water
which was deposited to the general sewer fund, I believe. Mr. Drung
has at this time a check for $415.25 in the office of the Village Clerk
to pay up the monies due on parcel 59 -7090- 752 -00 as stated in the
D.P. 56 Lot Division attached hereto.
The County Auditors office has assigned a rush priority to the Division.

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON
July 8, 1968
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 10/10/66 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#56 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list rade a part herein:
And WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described accoc to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
the assessments for D. P. 15 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village
DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Jul
8th 19 68 at 8 :00 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P. #56 because of the
conveyance of/ or re^_atting of certain properties.
