Enclosed for approval of the Village Council are D.P. 34, 47, A -47,
52, 58 Assessments for Lots 11 12, Knollwood Park. This Lot
Division will necessitate a Resolution of the Council.
Please note that an abatement will also be required on D.P. 47 (from
59- 4200 111 -00) which will require a separate resolution. The entire
East 400' of the 400' x 108.16' Lot was assessed along Silver Lake
Road; the reasoning being that the obvious frontage was along Silver
Lake Road. However, the division cited units of 250' and 108.16', a
total of 358.16 assessable feet as against the original 400 assessable
feet. 41.84':-"should therefore be abated from the total assessment
against parcel 59-4200-111-00 as shown in the attached divisions.
