Re: Resolution No. 384
Lot Division 38846
Resolution No. 384, concerning Lot Division 38846, was approved by the Council
July 8, 1968, and thence forwarded to Dorothy Brandl at the County Auditor's
office. The buyer deposited a check for $181.63 at the Village Hall which
was also sent to the County Auditor's office and which covered the area portion
of D.P. 34 and 47. I set this division up with a partial payment off the
total sums of the individual D.P. 34 and 47 assessments, which I find is not
an allowable method. Mrs. Brandl and I worked out a solution in a telephone
conversation earlier today.
A new Resolution, amending Resolution No. 384 and D.P. 34 and 47 assessments
included in that resolution is required. Enclosed are the t'ao new
apportionments.
If you could possibly have the Council pass a new Resolution amending Resolution
No. 384 and replacing the D.P. 34 and 47 Apportionments of No. 384 with the
enclosed apportionments, it would greatly facilitate the consummation of this
Lot Division. I realize that tonight's meeting is an agenda meeting; and if
it is not possible for the Council to pass the necessary amending resolution
tonight, would you be sure to submit it at the next regular meeting which is
the 22nd.

of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on July
15th 19 68 at 6:50 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a.full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D, P. 34 because of the
conveyance of/ or replatting of certain properties.
