A special assessment was levied against the N 150' of Mr. Drung's lot which was sold to the Messiah Evangelical Luthern Church and a check for $1,412.79 made out to the Village; another check for $415.25 was given to the Village to pay .7415.25 on D.P. 56. Mr. Drung sold the N 150' of Lot 75, Spring Lake Park Knolls. A typographical error shows it to be the N 250' throughout our letter and division of the 3rd of this month. Please correct this on your copies. Also, the apportionment for D.P. 56 is not correct as it stands in format. Our letter of May 28, 1968, shows that pro rating was used to determine the $415.25 to be paid on D.P. 56. On the Division of the 8th, this pro rating was omitted. The total of the payment due, on the division for parcel 59- 7090 752 -00, should be $444.90, which when adjusted at the Auditor's office becomes $415.25, the amount of the check on hand. When I finalized the division of the 8th I did not take this pro rating into account. A new Resolution of the Council is required amending Resolution No. 385 and replacing the apportionment of the 8th with the apportionment enclosed, which also correctly states the division to be the N 150'. The County Auditor's office has assigned a rush priority to this Division, so again I'll request you to try and get this amendment resolution passed at tonight's agenda meeting. WITMESSET WHEREAS, The Hoard now possesses title to an easement in certain real estate bring generally north Of and adjacent to County Road I, in Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsay County, said real estate being hereinafter called "Premises and, WHEREAS, The Village desires permission to enter upon certain porticos of said Premises and to thereon construct and maintain s public road; and, WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the Villegc &intent with the requirement and safety of the works of the Board, NOW, THEREF08E, BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and Lr' agreements of the parties hereto: That subject to ell the terms and conditions contained in said Agreement between the parties hereto made end entered into the 27th dey of October, 1965, the Hoard hereby grants to the Village the right to construct and maintain n public road described as follows!
