RESOLUTION NO. 392
EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
At its regular meeting held on the 12th day of August,
located at 2401 Highway 1968, at the Viiiaye Hall g y 10 with the
following members present: Malvin, Lang, Johnson, and Rustad,
and the following members absent: None, the Village Council
of the Village of Mounds View adopted the following resolution:

VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A THIRD RIDER
TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ST. PAUL
BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS AND THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
Member Malvin moved the following:
BE IT RESOLVED that a third rider to the agreement between
the St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners and the Village of Mounds
View be, and the same hereby is, authorized.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken the
following members voted in favor thereof: Malvin, Lang, Johnson,
and Rustad, and the following members voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in the office of the Village Clerk and that the same is
a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said
minutes relate to a resolution authorizing a third rider to the
agreement between the St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners
and the Village of Mounds View.
