STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS
At a Regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 12th day of
August 1968, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following
Member Rustad moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments and
after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE': that the following assessments be abated
and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessments from the tax
rolls of the affected properties:
1. The North one -half of Lot 40, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, (Parcel
59- 0410 020 -40) in the name of Jack Krugen 8480 Groveland Road, Minneapolis,
Minnesota 55421.
Delete DP 61 entirely (Original assessment $1095.73)
seconded the resolution.
Those voting in favor: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Lang.
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 12th day of

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution abating certain assessments.
