VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS
day of September 1968 at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following
members present: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Lang
meeting of the Village Council held on the 23rd
and the following members absent: None
Member Rustad moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments
and after deliberation it is determined that said assessments should be abated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be abated
and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessment from the tax
roll of the affected properties:
Lot 11, Knollwood Park (59 -4200- 111 -00): Delete 41.84 feet
at $5.20 per foot equalling $217.57 from DP 47.
Member Johnson seconded the resolution

whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 23rd
day of September 1968.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution abating certain assessments.
