NOW, T ER2 DPE, n3 SG ?:i by the Village Council of the ail' age of
Mounds View, Minnesota:
1. The proposed and agreed upon assessment, a copy of which is attec'ed
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and:shall constitute the special
assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included
is hereby found to be benefited by the prs7oSed improvement i:l the amount of the
assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall L payahie in equal annual installments
extending over a period of 3o years, the first of the installments to be
payable on or before the first Monday in January 1969 and shall bear interest at
the rate of 6% per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution.
To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the
date of this resolution until December 31, 1939. To each subsequent installment
when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to
certification of the assessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment
an such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the Village
Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charred if the entire assessment is
paid within thirty days from the adoption of this resolution; and he Way, at any
time thereafter, pay to the County. Treasurer the entire amount of the assessment
remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31st of the year in which such
payment is made.
4. The Clerk shall.forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the County Auditor to be e:_= c._ded on tha pro,er tax lists of the
County, and such assessment shall be collected and paid over in the same manner
as other municipal taxes.

A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT, made this23rdday of SeptemhPr 196by
and between the Village of Mounds View, a municipal corporation, in
the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the
Village, and clarpnre .T_ 5muder and Tinian (r_ Snuid.P.r_ husband and wife
the fee owner and /or contract purchaser who owns the following described
property:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Laport Meadows
WHEREAS, the said property has now been divided into 5
f°°""; separate lots and it is necessary that special assessments be apportioned
against each lot, and
WHEREAS, the owner hereby agrees to a reapportionment of
said assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that this document shall
be considered a petition as provided for in Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429.031, Subdivision 3, which the owner understands allows the Village
to specially assess his property without public hearings and the owner
hereby waives all of the statutory requirements to enable the Village
to certify an assessment to the Ramsey County Auditor's office; and
the owner hereby agrees to allow the Village, by its own action to assess
the above described property in the amount set out in the Exhibit hereto
attached, for a 30 year period at 6% interest, commencing the first
day of January following the date of this Agreement, and owner further
agrees that all assessments and interest thereon shall be collected in
the same manner as other municipal taxes. The owner further understands
that he may at any time pay to the County Treasurer the entire amount
of the assessments remaining unpaid, with the interest accrued to
December 31st of the year in which such payment is made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto affixed their
common and corporate seal, and /or signature to duplicate copies hereof
the day and the year first above written.
