HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 0402 Ph RESOLUTION NO. 402 VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall, on the 7th day of October, 1968, at 6:30 o'clock P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson and Lang and the following members absent: None I/ Member Rustad introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on the following improvement bonds the sum of $67,800.00: Improvement bonds of 1968 Improvement bonds of 1966 I 0 Improvement bonds of 1965 Improvement bonds of 1963 Waterworks Improvement Bonds October 1960 Waterworks Improvement Bonds -May 1960 8,200.00 23,300.00 12,200.00 3,700.00 1,000.00 19,400.00 That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and directed to reduce by $67,800.00 the taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61. The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by Member JohnsDr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson and Lang and the following members voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
