Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held
at the Village Hall, on the 7th day of October, 1968, at 6:30 o'clock
P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson and
Lang
and the following members absent: None
Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds View,
Minnesota, as follows:
"RESOLVED that the following sums be and are hereby levied
upon the taxable property in the Village of Mounds View,
County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, for the year 1969 for
the following purposes to -wit:
General Fund $55,000.00
Civil Defense 1,300.00
P.E.R.A. 11,700.00
$68,000.00
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly
seconded by Member Lang and upon a vote being taken thereon
the following members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson
and Lang
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the unndersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on
the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and
correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the levy
upon taxable property in the Village of Mounds View, Ramsey County,
State of Minnesota, for the year 1968.
