October 1968, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following members
present: Rustad, Malvin, Lang, Johnson.
and the following members absent: None
Member Malvin moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessment
and after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be
abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessments from
the tax rolls of the affected properties:
1. Auditor's Sub No. 89 Ex N 130 ft; Lot 39, (Parcel No.
59- 0410 010 -39 in the name of Empire Sales Inc.
Delete DP 55 on Parcels No. 59 -1100- 110-01 and 59-1100-140-01
in the amount of $130.00 each for Sewer Service.
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this
28th day of October 1968.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original
minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and
correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution abating
certain assessments.

4. According to Division #39156 (see enclosed copy), this
property was only partially taken for Hillview Road. The
records of this office show the residue property still in
the name of Enna Choudek.

We have hold these records since their receipt in June, awaiting the
assessment resolutions we requested at that tune. It is imperative
