At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 13th day of
November 1968 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following members
present: Rusted, Malvin, Lang, Johnson
and the following members absent: None
Member Rusted moved the following resolution:

VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS AND TAXES ON
VILLAGE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has acquired title in fee
simple absolute to the properties attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, said properties have levied thereon taxes and assessments
current and delinquent, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the assessments and taxes
and after deliberation has determined that said assessments and taxes should be
abated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessments and taxes
levied against the properties attached hereto shall be abated and that the County
Auditor is instructed to abate said assessments and taxes and delete same from the
tax rolls of the affected properties.
Member Malvin seconded the resolution

whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 13th day of
November 1968.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated,
and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the
same relate to abating certain assessments and taxes on village property.

Confirming our telephone conversation of Oc-
tober 28, we are enclosing a tax forfeited land conveyance
for the 30 -foot strip of land lying within Eastwood Road, be-
tween Woodcrest Drive and Woodale Drive.
When it is signed and notarized, please return
the applics+tion to this office for action by the County Board
and be sure to send along the resolution of your Village Coun-
cil approving the acquisition of this land.
