TO APPLY FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS.
At its regular meeting held on the 13th day of November 1968
at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with
the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Lang, Johnson
and the following members absent: None
Member Rusted moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DEPUTY CLERK
TO APPLY FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS.
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View requires the East 30 feet
of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 7, Township 30, Range 23 for a public utility and highway right -of -way
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Village has been notified by the County Auditor
that said property shall be sold as tax forfeited lands, unless the Village
specifically applies for and requests the conveyance of said lands to said
Village,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds View
hereby applies for conveyance of tax forfeited lands described above for the
purposes stated above, said property being non conservation land, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Deputy Clerk be authorized
to sign the formal application requesting said conveyance.
Member Malvin seconded the resolution.
Upon roll call the following members voted aye:

Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion duly adopted this 13th day
of November 1968.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated,
and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the
same relate to authorizing the Mayor and Deputy Clerk to apply for the conveyance
of tax forfeited lands.

A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT, made thisl3th day of Nownbor

and between the Village of Mounds View, a municipal corporation, in
the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the
Village, and IRaysond J. 'basil and Ann Buhl]. and White Oak Builders Tncoroorated

WHEREAS, the said property has now been divided into three
separate lots and it is necessary that special assessments be apportioned

WHEREAS, the owner hereby agrees to a reapportiunment of

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that this docume,.z shall
iered a petition as provided for in Minnesota Statutes Chapter
:y.:. Subdivision 3, which the owner understands allows the Village
.ily assess his property without public hearings and the owner
waiv all of the statutory requirements to enable the Village
to certify an assessment to the Ramsey County Auditor's office; and
the owner hereby agrees to allow the Village, by its own action to assess
the above described property in the amount set out'in the Exhibit nereto
attached, for a fifteen year period at 6% interest, commencing the first

day of January following the date of this Agreement, and owner further

agrees that all assessments and interest thereon shall be collected in
the same manner as other municipal taxes. The owner further understands
that he may at any time pay to the County Treasurer the entire amount
of the assessments remaining unpaid, with the interesc accrued to
December 31st of the year in which such payment is made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto affixed their
common and corporate seal, and /or signature to duplicate copies hereof
