OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON
November 13, 1968

Motion by: Malvin
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 9/12/60 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#34 were levied against the attached List of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are deacd.bed according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
the assessments for D. P. 34 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village
DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Novembe
13th 19 68 at 8 i :00 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a.full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P. 34 because of the
conveyance of/ or replatting of certain properties.
