RESOLUTION NO. 418
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS
At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 25th day
of November, 1968 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following members
present: Rustad, Johnson, Lang
and the following members absent: Malvin
Member Rustad moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments
and after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be
abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessments from
the tax rolls of the affected properties:

(1) Smuder Addition
Lot 1 Block 1 (Parcel 59- 6970 010 -01)
See Division No. 39591 Abate DP 43 in the amount of $234.30
Member Lang seconded the resolution.
Those voting in favor: Rustad, Johnson, Lang
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this
25.th day of November, 1968.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated,
and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the
same relate to abating certain assessments.
