Enclosed for approval of the Village Council is a D.P. No. 34,35,36,41,
and 47 Assessment for the following described property:
Unplatted Lands
Ex E 30 ft the NWk of SE' of SEI (Subj to Rds) in Sec. 7, T.30,
P.23.
This is a new plat a portion of which is the "uolschuh Addition."
Please note that D.P. 36 includes an abatement which will require a res-
olution by the Council. It seems that the property was charged for a water
service, and every source of information indicates that there was no
service installed. As this was the only item charged under that assessment
it will remove D.P. 36 completely from this property.

opted 10/4/65 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#47 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replot
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds Viev,'that
the assessments for D. P. 47 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
