COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS.
At a regular meeting of the Village Council held
on the 27th day of January 1969 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall
with the following members present: Hodges, Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson
and the following members absent: Malvin
Member Blanchard moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the
following assessments and after deliberation has determined that said
assessments should be abated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
assessments be abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to
delete said assessments from the tax rolls of the affected properties:
1. Parcel 59- 0070 040 -83, D.P. 36, water service,
$105.00, is hereby deleted and abated. (Water
service does not exist).
Member Johnson seconded the resolution.

whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted this 27th day of
January 1969.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and
acting Deputy Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality
held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and
correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the resolution
abating certain assessments.

January 27, 1969, has been complied with by cancelling the installment
payable in 1969 and all future installments.
