RESOLUTION NO. 428
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION VACATING, RELEASING AND
DISCHARGING CERTAIN UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENTS.
VOIfin
WHEREAS, the following described easements are
not needed by the Village of Mounds View,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary
to effectively release the following described easements:
Utility and drainage easement over the
Southeasterly 10 feet of Lot 1, Southerly
and Southeasterly 10 feet of Lot 2, Northerly
10 feet of Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, South and
Northwesterly 10 feet of Lot 7, Northwesterly
10 feet of Lot 8, all in Block 1, Park View
Terrace: and over the West 10 feet of Lots
16, 17 and 18, Block 2, Park View Terrace
according to the plat thereof filed of
record in the office of the Registrar of
Titles within and for Ramsey County, including
any part of any street or alley abutting
said premises vacated or to be vacated.
Hodges seconded the motion:

COUNTY OF RAMSEY
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and
acting Deputy Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality
held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true
and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a
resolution vacating, releasing and discharging certain utility and
drainage easements.
