Assessment for the following described property:
E 270.98 ft of W 930.46 ft of N 321.5 ft of NWT of NWT (Subj
to County Rd) in Sec. 8, T.30, R.23.
Please note th..: an abatement will be required on D.P. 35 D.P. 47
which necessitates a separate resolution by the Council. As Parcel
59 -0080- 140 -29 is to be dedicated to street the 33.00 feet of water and
sewer frontages will have to be eliminated. The area charges involved
will be bourne by the other parcel as it now becomes a corner lot and
will be treated accordingly.

OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON
February 10, 1969
Motion by: Rustad
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds Viev, ad-
opted 9/12/60 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#34 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replotted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds Viev, that
the assessments for D. P. 34 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village
DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Februar
10th 19 69 at 8:00 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P. 34 because of the
conveyance of/ or replatting of certain properties.
