WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 9/12/60 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#34 were levied against the attached list of described prop..
erties, said list rade a part herein:
And WHZREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the sttached list, and said list made a part herein:

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village

of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on February
10th 19 69 at 8:00 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P. #34 because of the
conveyance of/ or replatting of certain properties.
