COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS
At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the
Loth day of February 1969 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village
Hall with the following members present: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Hodges
Blanchard.
and the following members absent: None
Member Blanchard moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following
assessments and after deliberation has determined that said assessments
should be abated
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments
be abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said
assessments from the tax rolls of the affected property:

Abate 33 feet of water and sewer assessments
due to street dedication as follows:
D.P. 35 33 feet x $3.85 per foot $127.05
D. P. 47 33 feet x $5.20 per foot
33 feet x $1.50
Total $221.10
Total Abatement $348.15
Member Malvin seconded the resolution
those voting in favor: All present.
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted this
loth day of February 1969.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I
have carefully compared the attached resolution with the minutes of
said meeting and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution abating certain assessments.
