Enclosed for approval of the Village Council is a D.P. No. 34, 35, 36,
47, and A-47 Assessment for the following described property:
Knollwood Park
Lots 108 and 109
Please note that a Special Assessment will be required for D.P. 35. This
is indicated in the body of the division with the appropriate assessment.
We have prepared a sheet for this assessment which will be attached to
the Owners Agreement and the Resolution and are sending copies of this
to Dick Meyers for that purpose.

Dear Mr. Meyers:
Enclosed please find a copy of Lot Division No. 40054. This Division
provides for the setting -up of one lot across the south end of Lots 108
and 109 and facing on Silver Lake Road. This new lot is served with water
from Silver Lake Road, however the existing water assessments are against
the North end of Lots 108 and 109, with nothing charged along Silver
Lake Road.
The Village Council has decided that this lot should be charged for
100.00 feet of frontage as in D.P. 35. We have prepared the assessment
and sent it along with this letter. Please prepare the necessary agree-
ment and resolution and attach the Special Assessment, so the agreement
can be signed by the Owners and the resolution passed by the Council.
