Home My WebLink AboutResolution 0438RESOLUTION NO, 438 VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 24th day of March 1969 at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: Austad, Malvin, Blanchard and the following members absent: Johnson, Hodges Member Blanchard moved: A RESOLUTION DEEDING CERTAIN PROPERTY WHEREAS, Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation has granted to the Village of Mounds View a highway easement over Lot 14, Block 2, Greenfield, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, and WHEREAS, in exchange for the receipt of this easement the Village Council has agreed to reconvey to Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated the following described property for which purpose the Village no longer has any use, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds View hereby agrees to deed to Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated the following described property, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents to effectuate such transfer. The property to be deeded is described as follows: The East 33 feet of the West 163 feet of Lot 14, Block 2, Greenfield according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County Minnesota to Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated. Member Malvin seconded the motion: 14th day of April L -7 J Village Clerk 1969. COUNTY OF RAMSEY 1969. 1 A,1A-1-61 Mayor I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a resolution deeding certain property.
