12th day of May, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at 2401 Highway 10,
St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112 with the following members present:
Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges and Blanchard
with the following members absent: None
Member Hodges moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION VACATING, RELEASING AND
DISCHARGING CERTAIN UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the following described easements are not
needed by the Village of Mounds View,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are
necessary to effectively release the following described easements:
The South 10 feet of Lot 1; and the South 10 feet
of the West 1/2 of Lot 2; and the North 10 feet
and the West 5 feet of the East 10 feet of Lot
19; and the West 5 feet of the East 10 feet of
Lot 18; all being in Block 1, Nordling Terrace,
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
whereupon Member Johnson seconded the motion:
those voting in favor: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges and Blanchard
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this
12th day of May 1969.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipalit
held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full,
true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to
a resolution vacating, releasing and discharging certain utility
and drainage easements.
