Enclosed for approval of the Village Council is a D.P. No. 34, 37, 56
Assessment for the following described property:
Lot 83 Spring Lake Park Knolls
Please note that a Special Assessment will be required for D.P. 56. This
is indicated in the body of the division with the appropriate assessment.
We have prepared a sheet for this assessment which will be attached to
the Owner's Agreement and the Resolution and are sending copies of this to
Dick Meyers for that purpose.

i•, ncloeed please find a copy of Lot Division No. 46162. This Division
provides for the setting up of a lot 125 feet wide on the east end of
Lot 83 in Spring Lake Park ?Rolls Addition, and facing Bronson Drive.
This new lot is served with sewer only on Bronson Drive, however, the
assessments are chargi:d on L.pring Lake Road and nothing charged on the
Bronson Drive frontage.
.he Village Council bus decided that this lot should be charted for
101.3 feet of sewer and street frontage as in D.P. 5t. We have prepared
the aessssatent and sent it along with this latter. Please prepare the
necessary agreement :i d resolution and attach the Special Assessment
so the agreement can i.e signed by the owners and the resolution passed by
the Council.

A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 14th day of July 19 6 9 b1
and between the Village of Mounds View, a municipal corporation, in
the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the
Village, and Gordon H. Lampert
the fee owner and /or cmntract purchaser who owns the following described
property:
Spring Lake Park Knolls, E 125 feet of Lot 83, Parcel 59- 7090 -831 -00
WHEREAS, the said property has now been divided into
2 separate lots and it is necessary that special assessments
be apportioned against each lot, and
WHEREAS, the owner hereby agrees to a reapportionment of
zaid assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that this document
shall be considered a petition as provided for in Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429.031, Subdivision 3, which the owner understands allows the
Village to specially assess his property without public hearings and
the owner hereby waives all of the statutory requirements to enable the
Village to certify an assessment to the Ramsey County Auditor's office;
and the owner hereby agrees to allow the Village, by its own action to
assess the above described property in the amount set out in the Exhibit
hereto attached, for a periof of 15 .years on the water, an
years on the sewer and, 15 years on the street at 6% interest,
commencing the first day of January following the date of this
Agreement, and owner further agrees that all assessments and interest
hereon shall be collected in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
The owner further understands that he may at any time pay to the County
Treasurer the entire amount of the assessments remaining unpaid, with
the interest accrued to December 31st of the year in which such payment
is made.
IN '/ITNESS 'JHEREOF the parties have hereunto affixed their
common and corporate seal, and /or signature to duplicate copies hereof
the day and the year first above written.
