and 47 Assessment for the following described property:

Please note that Special Assessment will be required for D.P. 35 and D.P. 47.
These are indicated in the body of the Division within the appropriate
assessment. We have prepared a sheet for these Special Assessments'vhich
till be attached to the Owner's agreement and the Resolution and are sending
copies of this to Dick Meyers for that purpose.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 9/12/60 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#34 were levied against the attached list of described Prop
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that

be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the

Be: Special Assessment for
Lot Division 40060
Enclosed please find a copy of Lot Division 40060. This Division sets
up a new lot on the vest 120 feet of Lot 20, Woodlawn Terrace, end facing on
Sherwood Road. This new lot is served with both sewer and water with
services from Sherwood Road, and the existing assessments are charged along
Woodlawn Drive.
According to village policy this lot should be charged for 120.00 feet of
water frontage as in D.P. NO. 35 and 120.00 feet of sanitary sever and
street frontage as in D.P. NO. 47. We have prepared the Special Assessment
and are sending it with this letter. Please prepare the necessary agree
rent and resolution and attach the Special Assessment, so the agreement can
be signed by the Owner and the resolution passed by the Council.
