RESOLUTION NO. 451
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Village Hall, on the 6th day of October, 1969, at 8:00
o'clock P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin,
Blanchard, Johnson and Hodges
and the following members absent: None
Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Mounds View Ordinance #97 establishing a Public
Improvement Revolving Fund authorizes the Council to declare a
portion of said fund as surplus, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a surplus does exist in
said fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Mounds View:
That $40,000.00 of the Public Improvement Revolving Fund is
hereby declared to be surplus and that said amount shall be deposited
in the general funds of the Village.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member Blanchard and upon a vote being taken,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Malvin, Blanchard,
Johnson and Hodges
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on
the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and
correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a
resolution declaring $40,000.00 of the Public Improvement Revolving
Fund as surplus funds.
