Members present: Rustad, Johnson, Blanchard and Hodges; Members absent: Malvin; Documents attached: Minutes of said meeting (pages): 1 through 9 Forms of above bonds I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording officer of the public corporation issuing the bonds referred to in the title of this certi- ficate, certify; that the documents attached hereto, as described above, have bash carefully compared with the original records of said corporation in my !;legal cus- tody, from which they have been transcribed; that said documents are a correct and complete transcript of the minutes of a meeting of the governing body of said cor poration, and correct and complete copies of all resolutions and other actions taken and of all documents approved by the governing body at said meeting, so far as they relate to said bonds; and :hat said meeting was duly held by the governing body at the time and place and was stt,nded` throughout by the members indicated above, pursuant to call and notice of such meeting given as required by law. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered filed. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the purpose of receiv- ing and considering sealed bids for the purchase of $205,000 Improvement Bonds of 1969 and $1,115,000 General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1969 of the Village, and the Clerk announced that he had received bids for said bonds, which upon being opened were found to be as follows: Nam. Financial Consultants to the Villago First National -Soo Line Concourse 507 Marquette Avenue Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 Telephone: 339-8291 Area Code: 612 $1,294,128.00 Net Rate: 6.9754% Member Blanchard moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 452 then introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OP $205,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1969 AND $1,115,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION REVENUE BONDS OF 1969 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, that the bid of Ebin, Robertson Company, Inc. o f Minneapolis Minnesota and associates named therein, to purchase $205,000 Improvement Bonds of 1969 and $1,115,000 General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1969 of the Village of Mounds View to be dated November 1, 1969, in accordance with the notice of sale heretofore duly issued by the Village, is hereby found and declared to be the highest and beet bid received for the purchase of said bonds, and should be and is hereby accepted. said bid being to purchase said bonds at a price of and accrued interest on all bonds, the bonds maturing in the years shown below to bear interest at the respective rates per annum shown opposite the years of maturity, as follows: *$1,294,352.40 Maturity Years 1972 through 1991 Interest Rate 6.80% The Village Treasurer is directed to retain the good faith check of said successful bidder pending completion of the sale and delivery of said bonds, and the checks of unsuccessful bidders shall be forthwith returned to them. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Johnson, Blanchard and Hodges; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The Clerk presented a proposed form of bond and coupon for the printing of $205,000 Improvement Bonds of 1969, which was examined by all members present, -2-
