OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON
October 13, 1969
Motion by: Johnson
WHE.'EAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 10/4/65 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#47 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list wade a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
the assessments for D. P. 47 against the heretofore mentioned properties
r be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of said Village
DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October
13th 19 69 at 8:00 P. M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and ti:e same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the changing of the assessments for D. P. 47 because of the
conveyance of/ or replatting of certain properties.
