This Division forms a new plat to be known as "Danielson Addition."
Note that the East half of the original property is not now served by water
or sewer, and is charged only with an area assessment. The frontage and
service charges will be made when this portion is served.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 9/1240 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
134 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
the assessments for D. P. 34 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
'amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 7/22/63 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#42 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
