HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 0463Cler those voting against: RESOLUTION NO. 463 VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA At a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Mounds View held on the 10 day of NOVEMBER 1969, at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112, held at 8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges, and Blanchard. and the following members absent: Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE CLERK TO APPLY FOR TAX RELIEF RELATIVE TO CERTAIN PROPERTIES. The West 14 feet of Tract G Registered Land Survey 153. WHEREAS, Certain parcels of land have been acquired by the Village of Mounds View for public improvement and public utility purposes, and WHEREAS, taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and penalties have been levied against all or some of said parcels, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Administrative Clerk be authorized to apply for tax relief relative to the parcels of land more fully set out in the attached application for relief. Member Malvin seconded the resolution. Those voting in favor: Rusted, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges and Blanchard. whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted the 10 day of Novanber 1969. COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a resolution authorizing the Village Clerk to apply for tax relief relative to certain properties.
