This division apportions the assessments charged to the property noted

out of the ordinary in this, except that four of the new lots are not

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View, ad-
opted 9/12/60 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P.
#34 were levied against the attached list of described prop-
erties, said list made a part herein:
And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
he assessments for D. P. #34 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
