T23
Please note that an abatement should be made on D.P. 47 which necessi-
tates a separate resolution by the Council. Division 41123 dedicated a
portion of this property to Woodale Drive, and a portion of the frontage
of D.P. 47 was included in this dedication. Much the same thing occurred
in Division 39791 (Park View) where dedicated street frontage was abated.

And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted
and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that
the assessments for D. Y. 34 against the heretofore mentioned properties
be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
