At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 8th day
of December, 1969, at 8:00 P.M. o'clock in the Village Hall with the following
members present: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges
and the following members absent: Johnson
Member Blanchard moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments
and after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be
abated and that the County Aud'Lor is instructed to delete said assessments
from the tax rolls of the affected property:
