55112 with the following members present: Rustad, N.elvin, Blanchard, Hodges
and the following members absent: Johnson

moved as follows:
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING L. J. BLANCHARD
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER
DISTRICT FOR DECEMBER 1969.
WHEREAS in January of 1969 the Village Council of the Village
of Mounds View appointed Richard Johnson as its representative to the
North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, Richard Johnson has moved from the Village of Mounds
View and out of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District as of the
first day of December 1969, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is desirious and is
entitled to fill said vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Mounds View that L. J. Blanchard, a member of the Village
Council is hereby designated as the representative to the North
Suburban Sanitary Sewer District from the Village of Mounds View for
the month of December 1969 to fill the unexpired term of Richard Johnson.
Member Hodges seconded the motion.
Those voting in favor: All present
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted the
8th day of December 1969.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the
date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and correct
copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a resolution
appointing L. J. Blanchard the Village of Mounds View representative
to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District for December 1969.
