HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 0470RESOLUTION NO. 470 VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View held on the 22nd day of December 1969 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112, with the following members present: and the following members absent: Member Eustad moved: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SUPPLEMENTAL SEWER USE AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District has notified the Village of Mounds View of a public hearing to be held on December 23, 1969 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Blaine City Hall, pursuant to the Sewer Use Agreement approved by the Village of Mounds View on the 23rd day of March 1964, for the purpose of amending said Sewer Use Agreement by adopting a Supplemental Sewer Use Agreement, and WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is desirious of entering into said Supplemental Sewer Use Agreement, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The Supplemental Sewer Use Agreement, Exhibit C attached thereto as amended, and Ordinance No. 1 of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District are hereby ratified and approved by the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Supplemental Sewer Use Agreement and all other documents to validate the actions of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District. Member Blanchard seconded the resolution.
