VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the
Village of Mounds View held on the 12th day of January 1970 at
8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10,
St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present:
Rustad, Malvin, Hodges, Blanchard Neisen
and the following members absent: None
Member Rustad moved as follows:
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING L. J.
BLANCHARD TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS
VIEW.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
Mounds View that L. J. Blanchard, a member of the Village Council
is hereby designated as its representative to the North Suburban
Sanitary Sewer District for the year 1970.
Member Malvin seconded the motion.
Those voting in favor: Rustad, Malvin, Hodges, Blanchard, Nelsen
those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted the
12th day of January, 1970.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the
date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and correct
copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a resolution
appointing L. J. Blanchard to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District
Board of Trustees for the Village of Mounds View.
