A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS
At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 26th
day of January, 1970, at 8:00 P.M. o'clock in the Village Hall with the
following members present:
and the following members absent:
Member Hodges moved the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following
assessments and after deliberation has determined that said assessments
should be abated
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments
be abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said
assessments from the tax rolls of the affected property:
1969 installment payable in 1970 and succeeding years on the following
parcel numbers (Division 41146):
