M011ilns View held on Lhe 27Lh tiny vi yiia at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112 with the following members present: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges, Neisen and the following members absent: None Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, a water area assessment of $12.14 and a water main assessment of $154.96, and a sanitary sewer assessment of $660.98 were paid on October 6, 1969 on receipt #8037 for Lot 6 Block 3 Gustafsons 3rd Addition and WHEREAS, this was payment in full for all outstanding assessments. THEREFORE the Ramsey County Auditor is authorized to post these amounts and receipt number and cancel the 1969 installment payable in 1970. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor thereof: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges, Neisen and the following members voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
